1. Shipping Coverage

2. Shipping Methods and Timeframes

We use reliable shipping partners to ensure timely and safe delivery of our products. Once your order is processed, it will be dispatched using one of the following shipping methods:

Standard Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 4 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 1 to 2 business days for urgent orders (additional charges may apply).

**Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location, product availability, and any unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or logistical issues**

3. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If there are any delays in processing your order due to stock issues or other factors, our team will notify you as soon as possible.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the products. The exact shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Standard Shipping: Rates are calculated based on the product type and delivery location.
Express Shipping: Rates are higher and calculated separately for expedited delivery.

**Some larger or heavier items may incur additional shipping fees. Customers will be informed of these costs during the checkout process**

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the tracking number provided to monitor the status of your shipment through the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order has not been delivered within the estimated timeframe or if you experience any issues with your shipment (e.g., lost, damaged, or delayed), please contact us immediately. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

**For damaged or defective products received, you must report the issue within 3 days of receipt, and we will assist with a replacement or refund based on our Return and Refund Policy**

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have shipping restrictions based on regional, national, or international regulations. If any such restrictions apply to your order, we will notify you promptly and work to find an alternative solution.

We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

8. International Shipping

At this time, BMP Systems primarily ships within India. If you are located outside of India and are interested in purchasing from us, please contact us at sushant.mahapatro@bmpsystems.in to discuss potential shipping options and associated costs.

9. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided is accurate and accessible. BMP Systems will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable to accept the package.

If a shipment is returned to us due to these reasons, the customer will be responsible for any re-shipping charges.
