Return Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

Products can be returned under the following conditions:

Defective or Damaged Products: If the product you received is defective or damaged upon delivery, you may return the product for a replacement or a refund. The defect or damage must be reported within [number] days of receiving the product.

2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a) Contact Customer Service

Your name and contact information
Order number
Description of the product and reason for return (e.g., defective, damaged, wrong item)
Photos of the product (for defective or damaged returns)

b) Return Authorization

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return the product. Please do not return any products without obtaining the RA number, as unauthorized returns will not be processed.

c) Returning the Product

Ship the product back to us using the address provided in the return instructions. Ensure that the product is securely packaged to prevent damage during transit. You are responsible for the shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect product.

d) Inspection and Refund/Replacement

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return criteria. After inspection:

For Approved Returns: We will either issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement product, depending on your preference.
For Non-Approved Returns: If the product does not meet the return conditions, we will notify you, and no refund or replacement will be provided.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Defective or Incorrect Products: If your return is due to a defective or incorrect product, BMP Systems will cover the return shipping costs.
Customer-Initiated Returns: For returns that are not due to a defect or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

4. Refund Processing
