1. Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are available under the following conditions:
Defective Products: If the product is found to be defective upon delivery, you are eligible for a refund or replacement. The defect must be reported within 3 days of receiving the product.

Custom Orders: Products that are custom-made or specially ordered for you are not eligible for refunds unless they are found to be defective or damaged upon arrival.
Non-Compliance with Manufacturer Guidelines: Products that have been altered, installed incorrectly, or not used in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions are not eligible for refunds.
3. Refund Process
To initiate a refund, please follow these steps:
