Accounts Executive

Location: Kolkata and Bhubaneswar
What We’re Looking For
- Candidate must have experience in handling day-to-day accounting tasks with proficiency in Tally Prime and other accounting tools.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office software, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, for managing financial data and reports.
- Should have a good understanding of CRM software to manage and analyze financial records related to customer accounts.
- Ability to prepare financial statements, maintain ledgers, and reconcile accounts with accuracy.
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate financial information, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance is essential.
- High level of organization and attention to detail, with the ability to meet deadlines and handle work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, vendors, and other departments.
- Prior experience in invoice generation, payroll processing, and handling accounts receivable/payable will be an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For
- Candidate must have experience in graphic design, with proficiency in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and Canva.
